Walking the Highline Park, we came across this Eduardo Kobra rendition of the famous Times Square V-J Day by Alfred Eisenstaedt. I will say that iPhone camera does not do the mural justice. The colors are so vibrant and really pop.
Here is a view of the mural from the Highline so you can see the scope of how large the mural is.
Apparently, Kobra has other murals throughout Chelsea which I can’t wait to discover.
