Are your kids looking for a change of venue when during school breaks, then check out Taste Buds Kitchen Camp. My daughter went to the Holiday Cookie camp during her Winter Break and totally enjoyed the experience.
Because my daughter is older, the class offers her more independence to delve into the basics of measuring, mixing and tasting more than at home. I can be a tad controlling but at Taste Buds, it’s all her. The teacher’s enthusiasm is definitely infectious as she wanted to make cookies the next weekend. When you think of holiday cookies, I think boringly of sugar cookies but what I loved was that kids made dreidel cookies. What fun and an added benefit to the class. We both definitely recommend taking the class and trying others on the schedule. It is nice option for both child and parent and your child learns a valuable life skill.
Taste Buds Kitchens not only has a variety of camps to keep the kids busy during school holiday breaks but also has weekly classes and adult classes. And I have to give them kudos for having Autism Friendly classes. Visit tastebudskitchen.com to view their entire schedule of classes.

What a really fun class. I’d want to take that class myself!
Me, too
