Fao Schwarz Toy Store on Fifth Avenue is the best toy store in the world and everybody should visit the store at least once if only to dance on the big piano form the Tom Hank’s movie Big. Luckily for me, I got out of there only spending $12 on Ningago set. Woo hoo.

I am not the most sentimental person but as my daughter’s eighth birthday approaches it makes me think of my late parents and how I wish they were here to see their granddaughter turn eight and enjoy her funny smile and demeanor.

I found this the other day and just thought –  how adorable, what a beautiful smile. I am going to miss the Rothshild coat years.
