When visiting a New York City park, you never know what type of street art, street performer or wackadoo you will come across. We came across a street artist (I’m sure the police have other names for these guys) who was drawing these huge circles “Step Inside for Happiness” so my daughter did.
As my daughter said, “he must be having a good day because he always draws “bad luck spot” all over the park.”
