Looking for delicious, non-alcoholic, probiotic, better-for-you drink that offers the right amount of bubbles, flavor fusion, and caffeine to keep you moving through the heat of the day, then enjoy Humm Kombucha.
I will admit that I was a bit skeptical regarding the “Kombucha” craze. I figure this is another one of those “kale” crazes. I jumped off that train simply because I didn’t like the taste.
What is Kombucha??
Kombucha is a lightly-effervescent drink made by combining sweet tea with bacteria and yeast. The result is a sometimes sweet, sometimes tangy and always delicious beverage.
Sure it might be hailed as “health elixir, the tea of immortality and a nectar of the gods” but how does it taste? Because I don’t care how healthy anything is for me, if I can’t stomach the taste, I am going to throw it by the wayside after testing it out.
Humm Kombucha comes in seven delicious flavors: Hopped Grapefruit, Coconut Lime, and Pomegranate Lemonade, Lemon Ginger, Strawberry Lemonade, Mango Passionfruit, Blueberry Mint, Apple Berry and Chai.
Now I have only tried three out of the seven available flavors, Coconut Lime, Apple Berry and Strawberry Lemonade as that was the only flavors available at my local Target. I was pleasantly surprised at how yummy they are. As Strawberry is my favorite fruit, it only makes sense that I loved the taste of Strawberry Lemonade the best.
Apple berry was my second favorite followed by Coconut Lime. That all said, I would buy all three again. Now that I have a taste for Humm Kombucha, I really want to try the remaining flavors.
And did I mention that calorie count? Seriously anything with flavor has to have a lot of calories right. Wrong? The Strawberry Lemonade was 36 calories per serving meaning the entire bottle was 72 calories. What!! Not bad.
Look for the most drinkable Humm Kombucha, is the better-for-you fizzy tea that will surely tickle your taste buds which is available nationwide. Visit www.hummkombucha.com to find your favorite flavors in your area.

May have to try it out and see if I like this kind of kombucha. I tried it for the first time over the summer at a Farmer’s Market and was turned off. I didn’t like it at all.
