It’s been a struggle to get there but I am up to running on the treadmill twice a week. Of course, some days I run for twenty minutes and some days for only 10 minutes but I am definitely willing myself to get it done if only for a short time.
One of the reasons I wanted to begin running again is that I wanted to shorten my workout routine. Let’s face it, I just don’t have the time to have 40-60 minute cardio workout and then do weights. There are some days that I only have 3o minutes and I as much as I would love to stay longer I can’t, so I need to make the best use of my time. Weights are great and add muscle mass but nothing will get you to lose weight than cardio.
Now I just have to figure out how to work in some sit ups.
