Omni Berkshire Place
Visiting New York City, then consider staying at the Omni Berkshire Place. The hotel is conveniently located in Midtown Manhattan offering you easy access to Fifth Avenue shops from Saks Fifth Avenue to Zara to NBA Store, Central Park, Broadway, Times Square, Rockefeller Center or Radio City Music Hall and more. And if you have kids, you are walking distance to the American Girl store, Nintendo store and the Lego store.
Location aside, you want to be able to stay in a hotel that offers comfort, space and luxury all in one and the Omni Berkshire Place offers all those amenities.
The hotel has 398 luxury guest rooms including 44 suites which can be described as stylish, modern and contemporary. My daughter and I stayed in a double room that offered up as my teen daughter stated with enthusiasm “a very comfortable bed.” Trust me, if she could have just stayed in bed all day she would have been pretty happy. I would concur in her assessment of the bed, it was so deliciously comfortable so much so that I slept until 7:30 which for me is late as I usually get up at 5.
Both the bathroom and the room were huge in my estimation given so many New York hotels are so small that there is barely room for you to move around in. And the closest space was spectacular. There were actually 2 closets one for each person. I loved it!!
If you work out, the hotel has a state-of-the-art fitness center that has a variety of cardio equipment, weights and space to do stretches or yoga if you want. Best of all, you can see views of St. Patrick’s Cathedral doing cardio.
And if you want to enjoy your breakfast or have a drink, don’t miss out on the 17th floor sundeck overlooking midtown Manhattan. It was bit chilly for breakfast but I enjoyed the view while sipping my morning coffee.
Additional features include complimentary morning beverage, WiFi and more through their Select Guest® Loyalty Program. It’s free to join so it’s definitely worth taking the time to join their loyalty program.

What is the price scale for this hotel? The accommodations look nice and somewhat spacious ….. for New York. 🙂 I’m always looking for reasonably priced places to stay near midtown when I visit friends and family.

Wow! This hotel is almost perfect. I would love to stay in this kind of hotel where I will feel a very special person. Glad to know that they provide everything any person would love to see and experience.

its mid range for NYC $250 plus but they always have specials but definitely ranges when you come.

This seriously looks like a fabulous place to stay in New York. I have not made my way to New York yet. It is on my bucket list. If we get that way, I will certainly check out this hotel for my needs.

The Omni Berkshire Place sounds like a wonderful play to stay while on vacation. My hubby can’t do without WiFi and he usually passes over hotesl that don’t offer loyalty programs. I am almost confident that he will consider this hotel for our next visit.

Sounds like the type of a hotel that we would enjoy! We do travel with kids mostly, and I am glad you got to stay with your daughter as well – means that they are happy to have kids around. Can’t say that about every hotel. This hotel would be such a great place to be at when visiting NYC though. We always stay way out far in the outskirts, and then have to get back to downtown spending over an hour commuting. This would be a nice change of pace!

Like any NYC hotel, prices range on when you come but it has special pricing which I know some hotels dont have.
