Winter is almost here and that means getting prepared for the flu season which for many includes getting a flu shot. David Diehl from the New York Giants made an appearance at the Duane Reade Union Square location to get his Flu Shot and to raise awareness that New Yorkers can easily walk into Duane Reade for their annual flu shot.
I know that many people and certainly kids don’t like getting shots let alone a flu shot but here is a 6’5, 304 pound Offensive Lineman receiving his annual flu shot in public no less. And getting a flu shot at Duane Reade is super simple. Just visit the pharmacy at the Union Square Duane Reade which is open 24 hours and there will be somebody to help you even if it’s 11pm at night.
And did you know that getting a Flu Shot at Duane Read is FREE. Me either.

After the meet and greet, I noticed this seasonal health shelf just in time for the could and cold season which is near the doctor on premises and pharmacy. I must admit that this location is fantastic to have a doctor on premises. It’s convenient and easy to use.
