Without a doubt, the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade is an iconic yearly event. My daughter and I had the pleasure of attending today’s 90th Thanksgiving Day parade. We had a blast watching the numerous floats, character balloons, and bands as they marched past our grandstand. We just loved being in the moment taking in an event live that millions watch every year on television.
Along with the Pirate’s Booty® Pirate and his first mate Crunchy the Parrot on the mast of their 40 foot tall “Treasure Hunt” ship with its’ giant treasure map, guiding the Pirate as he embarks on his journey along the Parade route in Manhattan, there were so many favorite floats and character balloons from the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade that just cheered up the crowd as they passed. Here some of our favorites floats and balloons.
