This week, I interviewed best selling singing artist Monica. Yes, Monica who has sold more than 20 million songs worldwide and has you recall hit it big with hits such as her duet with Brandy, “The Boy is Mine,” “Don’t Take it Personal,” “Angel of Mine,” and many more.
This week, her latest CD, “New Life” is out and I think from the multitude of fans waiting outside J & R downtown for in-store appearance, it will be big. It has been awhile since she has been on the scene and as she said in my interview, this is a comeback since she has been having babies. She is planning a tour to support the “New Life,” CD and hoping logistics work that she tours with Brandy. Wouldn’t that be fantastic! And here is what you want to hear, she is really super nice, I got such warm, genuine feeling from her, how important the new CD is to her, also without being specific is that she has had some ups and downs over the recent years but she is still her. And finally, she is really pretty up close. Sometimes when you see celebrities from a distance, you are like eh but wow, up close, she is truly a stunningly beautiful woman, so confident, and there for her fans.
