Not much else to say. I think this is one of those forcing mechanisms that makes you realize that you need to change your life. I would have to equate this to someone who decides to go AA and says aloud ” I am an alcoholic”. I will say it aloud, ” I AM FAT.

 Instead of starting to look for  job, I am buying a pair of slippers at Filene’s Basement. Afterwards, I sat looking out at the square overwhelmed by the task at hand and where to begin in my search.  There is so much whirling around in my head that I feel like I am sinking.
