This week, I attended the #140conference at the 92nd Street Y on the Upper East Side the #140Conference provides a platform for the worldwide twitter community to: listen, connect, share and engage with each other, while collectively exploring the effects of the emerging real-time internet on business.
I heard some amazing speakers talk about the power of social media to affect change. One amazing person was the Mayor of Newark, New Jersey, Cory Booker. And yes, he is handsome in person.
