Sofitel Rome Villa Borghese now offers guaranteed connecting family rooms and suites for travelers to the Eternal City. Additionally, it has unveiled a new three-night Family Experience that weaves together luxury accommodation, private cultural access, and one-of-a-kind experiences that transform a family holiday into a lifelong memory.

Sofitel Rome Villa Borghese evokes the feel of a traditional Roman home with a laid-back atmosphere and a sense of being truly immersed in the Italian capital. Designed to balance togetherness with privacy, families at Sofitel Rome can now choose a Deluxe Family Suite, inclusive of a large suite connected to a double room, or a Deluxe Family Room, comprised of two double rooms with a private indoor connection. Rooms and suites each have exquisite interiors and detailing throughout; Baroque-inspired ceiling art that creates the illusion of a blue sky above, a signature Sofitel MyBed bed, and a marble bathroom complete with Diptyque toiletries.

Every aspect of the Family Experience has been crafted to connect families with the culture, art, and flavors of Rome. The highlight is a private visit to neighboring Villa Ludovisi. This guided tour of one of Rome’s most exclusive and rarely accessible 17th century residences includes a personal welcome by the Prince. Families may also opt for a private art masterclass in which a specialized teacher guides children in recreating the villa’s magnificent frescoes by Giorgione and Caravaggio. Additionally, as part of the Family Experience, families are treated to a dinner and Gelato Masterclass at Settimo, the hotel’s acclaimed rooftop restaurant with panoramic views of the Villa Borghese gardens and St. Peter’s Basilica. A guided visit to Villa Medici or the interactive Explora Children’s Museum is also included, based on the age of the children. Sofitel Rome’s Head Concierge, Past President of Rome Les Clefs d’Or, is available to arrange further personalized activities throughout the stay, tailored to each family’s wishes.

The three-night Family Experience costs €5,600 (approx. $6,160 USD) for accommodations in a Deluxe Family Room and €9,300 (approx. $10,230 USD) in Deluxe Family Suite. Both options accommodate two adults and two children and include the full suite of experiences detailed above. For room only, nightly rates begin at €1,200 (approx. $1,417 USD) for a Deluxe Family Room and €1,600 (approx. $1,889 USD) for a Deluxe Family Suite during low season and €2,000 (approx. $2,360 USD) for a Deluxe Family Room and €3,500 (approx. $4,130 USD) for a Deluxe Family Suite during high season. Rates are based on four guests on a bed and breakfast basis. For more information on Sofitel Rome Villa Borghese, visit: https://www.sofitelrome.com/.
