HOW TO LAYER YOUR BED EFFORTLESSLY
BASE LAYERS – YOUR FOUNDATION
Step 1 – Quality Sheets
They set the tone and palette while ensuring a restful nights sleep. Keep sheets neatly tucked for a crisp, hotel inspired finish.
Step 2 – Optional
Add a coverlet or quilt for extra texture and warmth.
SIGNATURE LAYERS – DEFINE YOUR STYLE
Step 3 – Your defining layer – duvet cover, comforter or quilt set. Fold the edge down once so it sits lower than the base layers creating dimension and a relaxed, inviting look.
Step 4 – Optional
Add another layer duvet cover, comforter or quilt set.
FINISHING TOUCH – Textured and Accent Layer
Step 5 – Add a throw blanket to introduce color, pattern and dimension while completing the look. Just drape causally across the corner or folded at the foot of the bed.

After watching the demonstration, I will be spending time looking for comforter or duvet cover. It’s time. My comforter is 4 years old and looks pretty ratty. In fact I plan to upgrade my bedroom all together. It is pretty mess and definitely not a restful sanctuary.
