Halloween Entertaining With BJ’s Wholesale Appetizers
Having friends and family over to celebrate Halloween? I AM! One of my goals this year is to spend more time with friends and if I have to host so be it. But that doesn’t mean I want to spend all my hard-earned money on parties, which is why I love shopping at BJ’s Wholesale Club.
When it comes to themed parties, I decided as I wandered around BJ’s to pick out a slew of appetizers. That’s the thing about friends and family, they are happy to enjoy appetizers as a meal as long as everything is delicious.
Appetizers are not only filling, delicious and quick to make, BJ’s exclusive Wellsley Farms products provide me with the best quality, value and assortment to serve my friends.
Delicious Appetizers from Wellsley Farms
You may not think of Wellsley Farms Angus Beef Meatballs as an appetizer but they are perfect. They are not only delicious but a good size portion for one meatball. And when you pair it with Wellsley Farms Italian Marinara Sauce garnished with Wellsley Farms Imported Pecorino Romano Cheese, your guests will be very happy. Now if you recall, I bought both last month. First you get two Wellsley Farms Italian Marinara Sauce jars in a pack for $7.99 and the Pecorino cheese is 20 oz., which is plenty for two parties.
And what’s a party without Spinach Dip? Wellsley Farms has their own yummy Spinach and Artichoke Four Cheese Dip. You get two 16 oz. trays for $9.99. And to say that it was a hit is an understatement, I thought one tray would be enough, wrong!!
The kids or should I say the teens ate it up, literally. Guess who will be making it a regular offering at all my parties. You have to include foods that teens will like. I almost forgot that Wellsley Farms has Entertainment Crackers. You get four individual boxes and three cracker varieties (original wheat, crisp and buttery and multigrain) all for $6.99. $6.99! That is seriously a bargain. I have paid $6.99 for one pack of a very well known national brand. Well no more.
Another winner was the Wellsley Farms Tomato, Basil and Mozzarella Cheese Chicken Sausage!! Most people like sausage but I wanted something a little different and this was another party favorite.
Berkley Jensen For Easy Clean Up
Clean-up was super easy thanks to Berkley Jensen Designer Paper Bowls and Festive Cold Cups. And I love that the cold cups come in 4 colors one of which was orange, perfect for Halloween and Fall themed parties. What is perfect is that last month, I had leftover paper plates and cutlery that I could use. I have a lot of friends but not 200.
