As we enter 2018, I think it’s always fun to look back at how my daughter and I spent the last year from milestone moments to celebrity meet ups to places we visited.

Graduating from Middle School
Going to Sleep away Camp for the First Time
Can you believe it? After mocking friends who shipped their kids off to sleepaway camp for the entire summer, I finally bit the bullet and sent my daughter to camp. She resisted at first but she came back from the experience in love with horse back riding and played guitar in front of the entire camp. This summer she is off for the entire 7 weeks. Yeah for me!!
A High Schooler is in the House

Visiting Hersheypark for the First Time
Being chosen as a Sweetest Mom, Hersheypark Ambassador was for me a great accolade as a blogger but let’s face facts, visiting Hersheypark was even sweeter for both my daughter and me. We stayed at two great Hershey properties, Hershey Hotel and Hershey Lodge and enjoyed all the rides at the park. check out my tips for visiting Hersheypark.

So many firsts happen for you and your daughter. Would love to visit Hersey Park and enjoy everything. Time flies and they grow up fast before you know it she will be off to college.

Wow, what an amazing year you have had! I have a daughter turning 10 at the end of the month and that feels insane to me that she is that old. I can only imagine how crazy it is to have a high schooler. I hope your 2018 is just as much of an adventure for you!

What a fantastic year for you and your daughter! It sure is true that time flies! First they were babies, then with a few blinks, they’re off to college. Sigh. Anyway, the memories you made are your treasures! Cherish them and make more memories to last a lifetime!

I waited months for open tickets and then waited another 6 months to see it. And it was soo worth it.

Congratulations on graduating from Middle School. We visited Hershey Park few years ago and we had a blast.
I hadn’t been to Hersheypark since the 90’s so I was thrilled to be able to go again and have my daughter experience it. It is so close versus heading to Disney World

I am already thinking about my personal goals and what I would like to accomplish.
I never thought to make a list for the year and try crossing them off. I will have to do this as I am going to make a vision board as well.
