Headed to Disney World Then Sign Up for Landry’s Select Membership

I don’t usually spend money on memberships of any kind but my blog husband Mitch at gaynycdad.com convinced me that I needed to sign for the Landry’s Select Membership. And why you ask! Because we travel to Disney World almost every year and with the Landry’s Select Membership, you can stroll into Rain Forest Cafe without reservation.

Have you been to Disney World and tried to get into the Rain Forest Cafe without a reservation? Good luck or be patient and be prepared to wait. Because I had the Landry’s Select Membership, we were able to be seated immediately.

For me, that was enough but there are other features for signing up. The membership does have one-time membership fee of $25 but no worries cheapskates, they apply the $25 to your account upon registration. This means that you have saved $25 on your first meal.

When I signed up, I had no idea that I get a $25 birthday reward during my birthday month. I found out when my daughter and I went to Bubba Gumps Times Square. And the card alone has more than paid for itself given the Bubba Gumps always, always has a line but with the card, we get seated immediately!!!

Not to worry, the membership has a multitude of restaurants that you can earn points like Morton’s Steakhouse.

So if you are going to Disney World, definitely sign up for the Landry Select Membership.  And check out all the restaurants you can earn points at because I bet there is a restaurant in your town that you can use the card.

Save
