The 2014 Disney Social Media Moms Celebration was held in Disneyland Resort
and as in the past filled with amazing speakers (Tom Staggs, Chairman Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, ay Ward, Creative Director, Cars Franchise Pixar Animation Studios, Maxine Clark – Build A Bear, Doug Bowman, Creative Director Twitter), fun filled Disneyland facts, Disney characters, first time experiences, an all star panel of social media phenoms (Leslie Kay DisneyBound.com; Grumpy Cat), seeing Disney Nature Bears and having just plain fun. They don’t call Disneyland the “Happiest Place on Earth” for nothing.
Here are some highlights from the Disney Social Media Moms Celebration:

Thomas Smith Social Media Director Disney Parks showing how Disney uses social media. For example, the now iconic hashtag of 140 Disney characters. Disney Parks assembled 140 iconic Disney characters to spell out the now iconic hashtag we all now use in our social media posts.
Donald Driver, the retired National Football Player and Dancing With the Stars winner provided a moving and motivating presentation on life, social media and proving others wrong.
