J&R Jr.’s Kids Night Out Pizza & a Movie wraps up the year with seasonal favorites this December. Here are all the fun activities that are taking place in the next few weeks.
December 1 @ 5PM Smurfs
When the evil wizard Gargamel chases the tiny blue Smurfs out of their village, they tumble from their magical world and into ours — in fact, smack dab in the middle of Central Park. Just three apples high and stuck in the Big Apple, the Smurfs must find a way to get back to their village before Gargamel tracks them down.
December 8 @ 5PM The Original Christmas Classics
This collection of children’s holiday classics includes the perennial stop-motion favorite RUDOLPH THE RED-NOSED REINDEER, featuring the voice of Burl Ives, who narrates the story of a misfit reindeer; SANTA CLAUS IS COMIN’ TO TOWN, featuring the voice of Fred Astaire, who narrates the tale of Kris Kringle’s determination to give toys to the needy children of Sombertown; and FROSTY THE SNOWMAN, featuring the voice of Jimmy Durante, who narrates the journey of a Snowman come-to-life as he makes his way to the North Pole. Also included is FROSTY RETURNS, the 1992 follow-up to FROSTY THE SNOWMAN, featuring the voice of actor John Goodman
December 22 @ 5PM Arthur Christmas
Arthur Christmas reveals the incredible, never-before seen answer to every child’s question: ‘So how does Santa deliver all those presents in one night?’ The answer: Santa’s exhilarating, ultra-high-tech operation hidden beneath the North Pole. But at the center of the film is a story about a family in a state of comic dysfunction and an unlikely hero, Arthur, with an urgent mission that must be completed before Christmas morning dawns.
