It’s a new week and as is my norm, it will be a busy one. Last week was a good week, not great but good. I had a great workout session with Christine and boy, did I feel it the next day. The problem for me is trying to achieve that type of workout intensity on my non-training days but isn’t that we all want to try to do. For me, the “Be in the Moment” consistency is tough.
There was “One” day in between training sessions in which I had a fantastic workout, ran for 20 minutes, did some light boxing, did light weights and came out sweating and feeling good. Then the following day, I barely sweated but patted myself on the back for at least getting to the gym. Piano, Piano as the Italians would say, slowly, slowly of course, I feel it’s more like a snail’s pace
My only ugh moment was again, I did not get to a class. Like how hard can it be to take ONE class.
I have two count them two goals, 1) Take a Class and 2) write down what I eat at least 2x this week.
