2015 is officially here. So many things I want to do, change and accomplish. We spend so much time buying and accumulating sometimes you need to take a breather. I am taking a different look at my life thinking about the things I don’t need this year.
10 things My life Doesn’t Need in 2015
1. Clutter – I have too much stuff. I need to be able to to let go and not rationalize why I keep this stuff. The obvious change is more space to buy more stuff (kidding) but kidding aside, I do need more space and it will be a relief to have less stuff.
2. Fat or should say my gut – I say this every year but I have go to get rid of this tire following me around. I am going to start making an effort to write everything down that I eat and eliminate eating late which contributes to my fatness. The obvious benefit – I am healthier and I will look better in my clothes.
3. Stress – Good luck to me but I need to learn to manage stress better.
4. Cut down being online and social media – As a blogger, I have to be online doing research, staying in touch on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram but I need to face facts that I need to limit my time on all those social networks and maybe pick up a book or get working on a clutter free life.
6) Lackadaisical attitude towards what I eat – I need to pay more attention into what is actually in the packaged goods I eat. Yes, this ties back to #2 but I seriously never look at labels which has to stop. GMO, corn syrup, salt all contribute to a less than healthy eating habits so I need to actually read what is in the products I buy. This not only helps me get healthier but impacts my daughter health and eating habits as well.
7) Eliminate procrastination – I constantly wait to do things at the last minute and I lose so much from not taking care of things sooner.
8 ) Negative People – Enuf said
9) Buying things without thinking – How can one lead a clutter free life if I continue to buy things? I need to ask myself, “Is it a need or want” when I am thinking of buying stuff.
10) Criticizing myself – It’s all about acceptance in 2015- Love myself – Forgive myself – Accept myself. Be ME!! That’s my mantra in 2015.
That’s it, I can’t think of anything else right now. Let’s try to start moving on #7 otherwise this post will never happen.
What are 10 things your life doesn’t need in 2015? How will you go about eliminating them?

I’m with you on the clutter and food intake. I threw out an old vacuum I’d been holding on to. It worked. But not well. Even the day the new one arrived from Sears, I was slow to through out the old, darn VACUUM!
Regarding food – I started the South Beach diet Monday.

You and I pretty much have the same list… though I’m not totally surprised there! 🙂 I’m here for support if you need it as we work on getting rid of these unwanted items!

I totally agree about clutter. I find it distracting and kind of stressful to have too much stuff in the house. And we are still in that “we need to pick up after Christmas” mode. I’m stopping by from SITS. 🙂
