This week, President Obama was sworn in as the 44th President of the United States and of course, there are multitudes of Inauguration souvenirs from mugs to pins to champagne flutes to celebrate the event but nothing can commemorate this moment in history like these set of Obama pillows.
Kidding, I ran across at a store the Flatiron District in New York that had them for sale in the window. Personally, I think they make for better window display that it would in one’s home but this being New York I am sure someone bought them.
I sometimes wonder who decides what to put people’s faces on…
It’s not for me, but like you said, I am sure someone will buy it.
Not my cup of tea, but someone was probably thrilled to find that!
I would never purchase a pillow with anybody’s face on it!
Interesting souvenir. Thanks for hosting and Happy WW!
Looks kinda tacky…but that’s just me! I can’t ever see myself buying a pillow with any face on it 😉
It’s great to own a piece of history. I wish I had the pen.

I can’t say that I would buy them, but they look really interesting.
